Cure Duchenne
Duchenne is an aggressive form of muscular dystrophy, that affects 300,000 young boys world wide. The mission of CureDuchenne is the create a world where families do not have to worry about Duchenne.
Our actions fuel hope for families, enable progress for drug development, and extend ambulation for patients in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies, medical and healthcare professionals, our scientific advisory board, and our board of directors.
The Details
Myself and Gabe Gerzon flew to sunny Orange County California to spend a handful of days with the Nilson Family to document a day in the life of Henry. The Nilson’s graciously shared their lives and story with us. It was our mission to tell the Nilson’s story of hope and community that rose out of what they called, “ the worst day of their life.”
